  • Use AI outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI or machine learning models.
  • Systematically scrape or collect AI outputs for purposes beyond your personal authorized use.

3. Content Moderation Mechanism

InteriorAI employs a multi-layer "automated moderation + human review + periodic audit" content safety system.

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts before generation.
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of AI-generated content before delivery to the user.
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for anomalous API call behavior.
  • Safety model used: OpenAI Moderation API and custom content safety filters for interior design imagery.

3.2 Human Review

  • Content flagged by automated systems enters a human review queue.
  • User reports are investigated by our Trust & Safety team.
  • Review team: Trust & Safety team available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM UTC+8), with emergency escalation for critical violations.
  • All moderators complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements.

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • Random sampling reviews are conducted monthly.
  • Automated moderation system accuracy is regularly evaluated and optimized.
