InteriorAI ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered interior design platform. By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InteriorAI. By creating an account, accessing, or using our AI-powered interior design platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

InteriorAI provides an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to:

  • Upload photos of interior spaces and rooms.
  • Generate AI-powered redesigns in various design styles using third-party AI models including Flux, Stable Diffusion, and other industry-standard AI image generation models.
  • Swap materials, furniture, and room elements using AI.
  • Export and download generated designs.
  • Manage projects and organize design work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by the operating status of our underlying AI model providers.

2.1 AI Model Disclosure

InteriorAI uses third-party AI model providers for image generation. The specific AI models we use include:

  • Qwen VL (Alibaba Cloud) — for image understanding and room analysis
  • DeepSeek — for enhanced processing and quality optimization
  • Flux (Black Forest Labs) — for high-quality image generation
  • Stable Diffusion (Stability AI) — for additional generation capabilities

We do not claim ownership of these AI models. They are provided by respective third-party AI research organizations and companies. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by the operating status of these AI model providers.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@interiorai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use InteriorAI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Uploading content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Using the Service to generate designs for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Sharing your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

4.1 AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

In addition to the above, given the AI-powered nature of our Service, you agree not to:

  • Generate, upload, or process any content depicting sexual or erotic material (NSFW).
  • Generate, upload, or process any content depicting violence, gore, or血腥 content.
  • Generate hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes hatred against any group.
  • Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in sexual or inappropriate situations.
  • Generate deepfakes or impersonation content — creating AI-generated images that depict real individuals without their consent, or falsely presenting AI-generated content as photographs of real spaces in contexts where such misrepresentation could cause harm or fraud.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Use the Service's input, output, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, knowledge-distill, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with InteriorAI or any of our products.
  • Massively or systematically scrape, extract, or collect model outputs for any purpose beyond your personal authorized use.
  • In contexts where it could cause harm, present AI-generated content as the work of human professionals (such as licensed interior designers, architects, or real estate agents).

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, deletion of content, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Credit Packs: InteriorAI offers credit packs for AI generation services. Credit packs are one-time purchases that provide a set number of generations, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits do not roll over after expiration.

5.2 Pricing: Each credit pack has specific generation limits and pricing as described on our website at /pricing. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

5.3 No Automatic Renewal: Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not involve automatic renewal or recurring charges. Once the credits are used or expire, you will need to purchase a new pack to continue using our generation services.

5.4 Payment Processing: All payments are processed by our secure payment provider, Waffo Pancake. Payment card data is handled directly by Waffo Pancake in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and is not stored on our servers.

5.5 Billing Inquiries: For billing questions or to dispute a charge, contact us at billing@interiorai.com. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

5.6 Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP: InteriorAI, including its design, content, and software, is owned by InteriorAI and protected by intellectual property laws. The AI models and algorithms used by our Service are owned by their respective third-party providers.

6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload to InteriorAI. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your uploaded images to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

6.3 Generated Designs: AI-generated designs created through InteriorAI may be used for personal and commercial purposes by the user who generated them, subject to these Terms and your subscription or credit pack terms.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or outdated content. The Service's AI outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may reflect biases, errors, or limitations present in those models.

Do not rely on AI-generated designs for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Before taking any action based on AI-generated content, verify the information with qualified professionals.

AI-generated images are clearly marked as such and should not be misrepresented as photographs of real physical spaces without clear disclosure that they are AI-generated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • AI-generated designs accurately represent real-world interior design outcomes.
  • The AI models used will produce specific results or be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERIORAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE OF THE SERVICE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERIORAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InteriorAI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will prorate refund any prepaid, unused credits. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure storage, and access controls. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting us at legal@interiorai.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
